Anti Aging Rules:

  • Avoid stress and live below your means

  • Sleep seven to eight hours a night

  • Try to keep your weight at, or even five percent below, ideal body weight..

  • Do not accept "just getting old"

  • Eat a lot of fibers, fruits and vegetables

  • Floss your teeth twice per day

  • Exercise 30 minutes every other day

  • Don't smoke

  • Drink eight to ten glasses of purified or bottled water per day

  • Wear sunscreen (click on Sun & Your Skin)

  • Cut down on salt and junk food

  • Get routine check ups

  • Always wear your seat belt
