For the first time in recorded history, an entire generation has decided it has better things to do than sit around and get old.
Anti Aging Rules:
- Avoid stress and live below your means
- Sleep seven to eight hours a night
- Try to keep your weight at, or even five percent below, ideal body weight..
- Do not accept "just getting old"
- Eat a lot of fibers, fruits and vegetables
- Floss your teeth twice per day
- Exercise 30 minutes every other day
- Don't smoke
- Drink eight to ten glasses of purified or bottled water per day
- Wear sunscreen (click on Sun & Your Skin)
- Cut down on salt and junk food
- Get routine check ups
- Always wear your seat belt
