Q: What services can the 24 hour Walk-In clinic offer?
A: In addition to medical consultation for all minor ailments and general first aid, we provide assessment and treatment for a wide range of health care needs.

Q: Does the 24 hour Walk-In clinic treat all emergencies?
A: Currently, Dubai’s medical system requires serious emergency cases to be managed in government hospitals, i.e. road traffic accidents, etc.

Q: What happens when an ailment requires further investigation.
A: Should our physician advice that your condition warrants further investigation, do not worry, we provide ‘on-site’ investigative services which include: Endoscopy, X-ray, Ultrasound, Densimetry and Laboratory (for blood and specimen assessment).

In addition, our CTG service for pregnant mothers is readily available; we check baby’s heart beat in seconds!

Q: What about children: can the physician in the clinic treat my child or do I have to see a pediatrician?
A: Yes, our physician can treat children, just like GP’s in the UK. However, as we understand that children’s needs are special, we have ensured that our physicians are multi-skilled and trained in pediatric care.

Q: As the 24 hour Walk-In Clinic goes that bit further to provide care around the clock, will it be expensive?
A: Absolutely, not! We believe that your care at Emirates Hospital should be gentle on your pocket as it is on your health.

Thus, as Emirates Hospital has your best interests at heart, we do advise clients with severe conditions such as, massive heart attack or stroke, to attend a hospital where specialized services are available.

However, should you require primary treatment or a routine check up, we offer all necessary investigations (including ECG and TMT) within the comfort of our modern hospital.
