Dr. Simone Battibugli completed her orthopaedic training at the Federal University of Sao Paulo, Brazil in 2001. In 2003 she completed her Pediatric Orthopedic fellowship at the Federal University of Sao Paulo, followed by two consecutive Pediatric Orthopaedic fellowship programs at the Feinberg School of Medicine at Northwestern University, Children’s Memorial Hospital in Chicago and at the Shriners Hospital for Children in Lexington, USA.
She was appointed in 2006 as a faculty member of the Pediatric Orthopaedic Department at the Federal University of Sao Paulo responsible for the Pediatric Foot and Musculoskeletal infection divisions, where she developed a comprehensive clinical and research experience.
Graduated in Medicine – Federal University of Sao Paulo, Brazil.
